What's next?
Valentine's Day...
...is around the corner. Feb 14th.
Another question of why we need to celebrate Valentine's Day? Another money making opportunity for some? To boost up our economy? Maybe we do need it at this time around? Or...maybe not?
I wonder if lovers only celebrate this so called romantic day and do they only exchange gifts on this day? If they make this day so special, what about the rest of the 364 days? If the guy doesn't treat this day as a special day, will his girl ditch him? If a girl doesn't want her guy to treat this day as a special day, will she get another treat later?
My view? Everyday should be Valentine's Day for all. It doesn't have to be an expensive romantic dinner for two, or expensive gifts or 999 stalks of roses. Small gestures come a long way.
A hug, a kiss on the forehead, a peck on the cheek, stroking of the hands, shoulders, backs, exchanging kind and sweet words, a smile, a glance, saying the magic word (I luv u)...need I continue? And all these are FREE!
But it's always easier said than done. When was the last time you tell your wife/husband that you love him/her? Especially those whom have been married for over 20 years! Can falling in love all over again be real? Yes, no, maybe? Well, what do I know?
