This wonder solution is actually 'garbage enzyme'. The word 'enzyme' brings me back to my bio class once upon a time when I learnt that enzymes are biomolecules that help to catalyse (increase the rate of) chemical reactions and they are mostly protein. Garbage enzyme is a complex solution produced by fermentation of fresh kitchen waste (fruits and vegetables dregs), sugar (brown sugar, jaggery or molasses sugar) and water.
