Enjoy at the expense of the contestants that is.
Is this for real? Why would those people want to do it? For RM1,000?
Is this purely for entertainment purposes? I personally am not the slightest amuse by it.
Why do people want to put their loved ones on this test? Isn't lie detector meant for criminals or suspected criminals?
Come on, is it worth all the heartache for knowing your husband is cheating on you? Okay, now that you know that he is really cheating on you. Then what? You want to leave him? Seek a divorce or worst suffer in silence and just let it be? All these is only worth RM1000!
OMG! This is ridiculous! Might as well just give him the benefit of doubt and just live the rest of your marriage life happily ever after. Or if you really want the truth, hire a PI. Get all the evidence you need and nail him! Seek half his fortune (if he has any) and leave him. Get someone else who will love and appreciate you and live happily ever after with him.
To me, this lie detector test is a big NO, NO. What say you?

Beijing Olympics 2008
It is indeed a great opening of the 29th Olympics if not for the fakes.
And seeing the games live or even recorded ones is so exciting. This great game is really truly the greatest game of all. Here I see world champions being torn and crushed by unknown rivals but also some that go all out to win the gold medal. This Olympic gold medal is so important to them that it is like their sport's career will not be complete without it!
Yes, it is every sportsman's dream and every nation's goal to get an Olympic medal!
As for my country Malaysia, well I am happy with the silver medal Chong Wei brought in. Chong Wei has done his best I guess. From the match I would say he is just no match for Lin Dan. Lin Dan is clearly a more experience and mature player than our Chong Wei. Let's give this boy some time to mature. At least he gave our nation our first ever Silver Olympic Medal, Well Done Chong Wei!
It is so so difficult to win an Olympic gold medal and yet some can win so many, don't you think?
Look at Michael Phelps, 8 gold medals! 5 personal and 3 for team event. OMG what a.....!
Anyway I think all these sportsmen and sportswomen who made it to this Olympic game, they are already the best. Years of sweat and tears they put in, if you are not one of them I guess you won't understand what they went through. By qualifying for the game is a big achievement and if you get a medal, you are really the Best of the Best!

Ice Skating is CoooL or what??
These 1000 ice skaters from 10 countries got together competing against each other...isn't this cool? It's like a war zone for some, things/stuff are everywhere, skaters shouting, non-skaters cheering or is it screaming..messy, just messy.
But I like it, everybody seems happy. I can see smiley faces everywhere and hear laughter from every corner. But of course there are also the moment of truth as some skaters couldn't accept being defeated (kiasu lah).
Anyway I think ice skating is really a family affair. Most or I think all the skaters came with their family. So you can see people of all sizes, yeah from babies to old folks (OOps, better known as senior citizens) Maybe they are taking this as a family vacation??
Well well, I think I really don't care as I am here to do my biz. I know that I am Happy, what else do I care...too bad.

I've been cursed...!
Help! I've been cursed!
Everything is like falling down on me, all at the same time.
I got a call, telling me to set up a new kiosk in Klang this week, and this week I've got a big event coming up on Saturday (9th - 16th) and then I got an sms from one of my staff saying she wants to quit her job this week, one already left last week and another is leaving next week and I have no replacement for them yet. One staff is on emergency leave, another want to take off this week, one went to JB and couldn't get a ticket back...
Sigh...
Can't sleep, thinking what's the best thing to do in situation like this.
Can't think also, at a lost now.
Tired, trying to prepare for everything.
I wish someone could help me out, get me a few people (trained or not trained, coz it does not matter now, not important)
Give me more time, to look for people to work.
Lend me a hand, to help me take care of some things while I try to settle others.
Sigh...guess I'll just let everything fall to its place on their own...'when the ship reached the jetty it'll straightened by itself'?
But whatever it is, whatever happen or going to happened....I still want to be HAPPY.

All Hell Broke Lose...this month?
Ever heard of the Hungry Ghost Festival? The one when the Gate of Hell Opens for one month and all the Ghosts (good or bad) are given visas by the Hell Imperial to tour this human world freely.
Yeap! It's this month! The whole month of August which is the 7th month of the Chinese calendar.
And yes, it's a Chinese belief. (not sure if any other races has this belief) How do I know?
Well, from a very young and tender age, I've been brainwashed into believing that there is this special creature lurking and creeping around me, waiting in the darkest corner for every chance it has to do nasty things to me. And of course I won't be able to see them cos they can only be seen by people who has three eyes! And I don't have 3 eyes! (wonder who has..?)
So I kinda got scared at that time (even a lil now, sometimes) when I approached dark, quiet and misty places. But of course so far after a few decades, I still haven't get my third eye yet. Thank God, halleluyah!
Yes, this creature I was referring to, some call them 'spirit', some call them 'ghost' and some say 'lost soul'. As for me I called them 'Those Things'. Not really a nice name but who cares.
I think it's kind of funny as most people I know do not believe in 'Those Things' but at the same time they do not deny 'Those Things' exist. It is just like the air we breathe in everyday...
it's around us everywhere but we can't see it. So that doesn't mean that it does not exist. God, no one has seen him and yet people believe He exist and they worship Him.
So, who can really tell if 'Those Things' really exist??? Unless you have 3 eyes, yes!
Okay okay, back to our Hungry Ghost Month. So whether you believe or not, I still want to give you a bit of the taboos during this month. Believe it or Not...Your choice!
NO Late Nights Outings
It is believed that during this month 'those things' will roam our world freely at night after 11pm (I think they are afraid of daylight but I'm not sure why after 11pm), they'll have parties on the street, in the park, or just about anywhere especially dark spacious quiet windy misty places. Aah, you see the haze came just in time for this festival, right? So...to avoid crashing into their parties (I guess even you might not like it) do not go out after 11 at night this whole month.
NO Mountain Hiking and Swimming
Okay, 'those things' are hungry during this month, I guess (or else we won't call it the Hungry Ghost...right?) maybe because when they come up to our world they cannot take with them the things that were burnt for them before? Hmm..well just wild guess...No! they are hungry for our souls! It is believe that if 'those things' die of an unexpected death,e.g.drowning, burnt, fell off a cliff, road accident etc.etc.etc. then their souls will not rest in peace and forever trapped in that unrest state unless they found another soul to replace them. So, they will try to get a replacement whenever they can, meaning they'll kill you! Wah! worse then Achmed! So beware, No swimming in the river or sea or better don't swim at all if you do not want to experience being pull into the water 10m deep by your legs. To all the water sports competitors in the Beijing Olympic Games, Good Luck to you!
Also no mountain hiking or you will find yourself lost in the mountain and of course the end result...die lor!
NO Wedding or Grand Celebrations
Getting married is a definite no no this month. Your bride might be snatched by 'Those Things' and your marriage will not be happy or worse your marriage won't last.
Can someone please tell this to those 88 couples (or is it 888) who are getting married on the 08.08.08 mass wedding ceremony.
Do not answer to calls at night
Not phone calls lah, it's if you happened to hear anyone calling out your name at night, do not answer straight away. Make sure you really sees and recognises that person before you acknowledge him. You see, 'Those Things' are very smart. They know your name (I don't know how they do that, already said they are smart mah) so if you acknowledge their call, they can snatched your soul out of your body and... you turn out dead lah. Wah! Damn smart!
Be Extra Cautious on the Road this month
You know that 'Those Things' are coming all out for you this month, so do be extra careful while you are on the road. Be it you're driving, walking or just plain standing. I happened to know a friend who is an insurance agent telling me every year during this month insurance claims will double. I can't help but to think about the accident that happened in the Kajang-Cheras highway on the Friday, Aug 1. The accident that involved 8 vehicles and left 2 dead, 6 injured, 5 in critical condition and it happened to be the first day of the Hungry Ghost Month. What a coincidence.
The above are some of the brainwashing stuff my grandma told me. Whatever statements or comments made are purely my own thoughts and is not my intention to offend anybody, anything and definitely any religion in whichever way.

I just love my country...
I think I've heard enough...
All the political scams, condemnation, allegation, corruption...etc.etc.etc.
All the price hikes, first sugar, then flour, then eggs, rice, fuel, concrete, etc.etc.etc.
Some how the news' headlines is something that you will look forward to learn from everyday.
Everyday there is new thing, new case, new person to shout about. Or sometimes it can be the same thing, same case and same person being repeatedly shout about...
Come on, these can go on and on forever...god knows how long.
But as long as this will take, we will be the ones that's caught in between.
So I try not to think or discuss about it too much. I guess too much complaining can cause high blood pressure. I still want to live...long!
I still have more important things to think about. Like my savings for my old age, insurance, investment, health, family, etc.etc.etc.
Nonetheless, somehow it kept creeping up to my brain and no matter how hard I fight back it's actually all around me. Everyone is talking about it...voices surrounds me like flies buzzing over my ears non-stop! When can this stop? Please make it stop; someone, somewhere, somehow??

Who says life is easy? Who says life is like a box of chocolate? Not me...or I would have eaten all the chocolates in the box to find out what will I get.
I just want to live happy. If possible very happy or very very happy!
